Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
I get it, sometimes life gets in the way of our plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule, here is what you need to know:
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system. In case of late cancellation (unless instant replacement is found by the client), or if client is a no-show, the agreed session price will be charged. If Client cancels the session, any transaction fees incurred will be applied (amount depends on the chosen payment provider).
All sessions are to be paid in advance via the payment system when the client books the session.
