CLIENT CARE

Each body is unique and each experience of a Biofield Tuning session can be different. Most people who receive Biofield Tuning sessions report feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, relaxed, and more self-aware.

HYDROTHERAPY

Hydrotherapy, both drinking water and immersing yourself in water, is optimum after a sound therapy session. Drink plenty of water and herbal tea and consider soaking in a mineral/epsom salt bath for at least 20 minutes. This will support the body in detoxifying/ releasing any physical components from the blockages released from the energy field.

GROUNDING

In climates that permit, connecting the bare feet to the Earth will help to ground your energy, drawing any excess down and out of the body, while simultaneously pulling the Earth’s negatively-charged ions up into the body. This helps create a state of electromagnetic equilibrium in the body which can potentially relieve a wide variety of discomforts.

AWARENESS

Becoming more well-balanced usually requires a change in perception and/or our actions. Simply becoming more aware of our habitual & subconscious behaviors, (becoming aware of ourselves from the place of ‘the witness,’) broadens the trajectory of our life’s possibilities.

DETOX

On occasion, some may experience a detox post session. Detox symptoms can vary greatly and can include: notable fatigue, heightened emotionalism, headaches and/or dizziness, and in very rare instances, mucus, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or excessive thirst. Generally, symptoms of detoxification pass within 1-2 days, however, if any symptoms persist, please contact your practitioner for a follow up adjustment. If you have any questions or concerns, please address these with your practitioner.

RAISE YOUR VOLTAGE

BREATHE - Our primary source of energy. Take full belly breaths
GROUND -Go barefoot on the Earth, diffuse negative ions, use grounding mats
REST - Don't push yourself, ideally sleep from 10PM - 6AM
HYDRATE - Drink pure clean water free of contaminants
EXPRESS YOUR EMOTIONS - Kindly without repression
MOVEMENT- Walk, skip, dance, yoga, swim, bike, just move!
EAT WHOLE FOOD- Fresh, pure, local, seasonal, made in nature
RECEIVE & GIVE LOVE - Be grateful and appreciative
FORGIVE - Don't hold a grudge, be merciful
LAUGH - They say it's the best medicine; especially at yourself!
LISTEN TO UPLIFTING MUSIC - Coherent sound is healing
SINGING- Especially in groups
WATCH WHAT YOU THINK - No stinking thinking! Be positive
HONOR YOUR INTUITION- Go with your natural inclinations
CONNECT WITH NATURE - Mountains, beaches, trees, rivers, sun
APPRECIATE & LOVE YOURSELF - You are worthy of all good things
HANG OUT WITH POSITIVE FOLKS - Avoid energy vampires
DO AHH! THINGS WHEN EVER POSSIBLE - Avoid ugh !
