CLIENT CARE

Every body is unique, and each Biofield Tuning session is experienced differently. Many people report feeling more relaxed, clear, grounded, and at ease afterward.

HYDROTHERAPY

Staying hydrated and spending time in warm water can be supportive after a session. Drinking water or herbal tea, or taking a relaxing bath, may help you feel more grounded and settled.

GROUNDING

When possible, spending a few moments barefoot on natural ground can feel grounding and help you settle after a session.

AWARENESS

Greater balance often begins with awareness. When we learn to observe ourselves with gentleness rather than judgment, space opens for new ways of being, choosing, and responding.

AFTER SESSION RESPONSES

Responses vary. Some people notice temporary effects such as fatigue, emotional sensitivity, or mild discomfort as the body settles. These usually pass within a day or two. If anything feels concerning or lingers, please reach out with questions or for support.

Simple Ways to Support Balance and Ease

These are gentle invitations, not requirements. Take what feels supportive and leave the rest.

BREATHE - Slow, full breaths—especially into the belly—can help the body settle.
GROUND -When possible, spend time barefoot on the earth or engage in grounding practices that help you feel present.
REST - Allow yourself adequate rest and sleep, listening to what your body needs rather than pushing through.
HYDRATE - Drinking clean water throughout the day supports overall well-being.
EXPRESS YOUR EMOTIONS - Let emotions move through kindly and honestly, without suppression or self-judgment.
MOVE GENTLY- Walking, stretching, dancing, swimming—any movement that feels nourishing counts.
EAT SIMPLY- Whole, fresh foods prepared with care can be supportive for the body.
GIVE & RECEIVE LOVE - Practice gratitude and appreciation, including toward yourself.
FORGIVE WHEN YOU ARE READY- Releasing resentment can be freeing, and it often unfolds in its own time.
LAUGH - Moments of lightness and humor can soften the nervous system.
LISTEN TO SOUND - Uplifting music or coherent sound can be calming and centering.
SING- Especially with others, singing can foster connection and ease.
NOTICE YOUR THOUGHTS - Gently observe mental patterns without trying to force them to change.
HONOR INNER KNOWING - When possible, trust the quiet signals that feel grounded and true.
CONNECT WITH NATURE - Time with trees, water, sunlight, or open space can be deeply regulating.
PRACTICE SELF-COMPASSION - You are already worthy of care, rest, and goodness.
CHOOSE SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY - Spend time with people who feel steady and life-giving.
FOLLOW WHAT BRINGS EASE - When given the choice, notice what brings a sense of “ahh” rather than strain.

Above all - Cultivate a spiritual practice that feels personal and alive. A simple turning toward God, Source, or Divine Love—however you understand it—can become a place of rest rather than effort.

From that place, peace naturally extends outward. And whatever light you carry is shared simply by being who you are.

Thank you for your willingness to receive. It’s an honor to walk alongside you.
