General Information
Vibrational Tuning is a general term used to describe vibrational sound using tuning forks provided by SoundTruth, LLC following the methods of Biofield Tuning and SomaEnergetics.​

Vibrational Tuning complements conventional health care and its main goal is to restore harmony and balance in the energy system, facilitating the Client’s self-healing process. Please review the Cautions and Guidance before deciding whether Biofield Tuning may be right for you.

Equality and acceptance is the policy of SoundTruth, LLC as I work in partnership with clients to promote client’s inner work regardless of race, creed, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, politics, social status or spiritual practice.

Financial Policy
For information about prices, discounts and/or special offers please contact SoundTruth, LLC, or refer to the website. Sessions are not reimbursed by health insurance.

​Session Policies & Procedures
The first session will be about 15 minutes longer to allow time to go over the completed Client Intake Form and to introduce the client to the principles of tuning (if needed).

Sound Balancing with Tuning Forks using Biofield Tuning or SomaEnergetics methods.
​Biofield Tuning and SomaEnergetics are both powerful modalities using tuning forks in a person’s electromagnetic field to free up blocked energy and return it to the body. The process brings back to your center little pieces of your divine light left along the path of your life’s journey. Clients often experience deep relaxation.

A typical session lasts 60 min. Sessions are conducted in person, remotely via Zoom video or audio call. Client will sit or lay comfortably fully clothed with shoes off in a quiet place where he or she can be undisturbed for the duration of the session. Any goals the client may have for the session are discussed.

After the session
The SoundTruth, LLC Practitioner does not create, use or retain any assessment files. Clients are strongly encouraged to take ownership of their progress by keeping a log or diary of their sessions so they may follow their own progress.

Client’s Files
Any information about clients will be kept safely for the period of seven years. After this period all the digital/paper files will be destroyed. The Client always has a right to request/see their files anytime they want.  Only the Client can request her/his files unless there are any special circumstances and/or the Client gave a written permission to other person.

Payment
All payments for services go through payment processing agency Stripe. All in-person and distant sessions are to be paid in advance via one of these payment methods at the time they book the session. SoundTruth, LLC does not have access to any credit card or financial information of the Client. All payment confirmations are sent to the Client automatically via the payment system after successful payment.​

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system. In case of late cancellation (unless instant replacement is found by the client), or if client is a no-show, the agreed session price will be charged. If Client cancels the session, any transaction fees incurred will be applied (amount depends on the chosen payment provider). 

All sessions are to be paid in advance via the payment system when the client books the session. 

Client is obliged to enter the session soberly (this applies also to distant sessions) - no use of alcohol and/or drugs prior to the session. If this happens, SoundTruth, LLC is entitled to postpone the session to a sober moment and full price of the missed session will be charged.

Confidentiality Policy
Client’s (or the Client’s legal representative) confidentiality is always protected. Any information collected at the time of booking and any other pertinent client records are secured in such a way as to protect privacy and follow professional and legislative regulations. Client’s written permission must be obtained prior to release of/or reporting of any record or information.

​When consulting with SoundTruth, LLC,  practitioners do not disclose confidential information that reasonably could lead to the identification of a Client with whom they have a confidential relationship unless they have obtained the prior consent of the person or the disclosure cannot be avoided.

Before recording the voices or images of individuals to whom they provide services, Sound Truth, LLC practitioners obtain permission from all such persons or their legal representatives and disclose how the voices or images may be used.

SoundTruth, LLC Practitioners do not disclose in their writings, lectures, or other public media, personally identifiable information concerning their Clients that they obtained during the course of their work unless:

  • they take reasonable steps to disguise the recipient of service,

  • the recipient has consented in writing or in the recorded session,

  • there is legal authorization for doing so.

Exceptions to above principles:

  • when disclosure of information is required to prevent clear and imminent danger to the client or to others,

  • when there is a clear legal requirement to disclose certain types of information,

  • when records are subpoenaed by a court.

Intellectual Property

SoundTruth, LLC copyright is vested in SoundTruth, LLC material (website, social media, articles, presentations, e-books, etc). It is permitted to make a copy or print of the material for your own use. It is not allowed to make this material available to others in any form, to reproduce or to publish without the permission of SoundTruth, LLC.

Damage Policy

SoundTruth, LLC is not liable for physical, material, or immaterial damages arising before, during or after consultations, sessions, workshops, outward or return journey.

Liability Policy

Working methods of SoundTruth, LLC do not guarantee any cure and may only be used in addition to and not instead of regular treatment and/or medical and/or psychiatric assistance. This is done at Client’s own risk and falls within the Client's own responsibility.

Applicable Law & Disputes

All legal relationships are exclusively governed by United States law, even if an obligation is fully or partially executed abroad or if the Client involved in the legal relationship is domiciled there.

Change of General Conditions

Applicable is always the last modified version or the version that applied at the time of the formation of the legal relationship between SoundTruth, LLC Practitioner and the Client.
